---The current Jerr will decide which guildmembers will serve as UnderJerrs personally
--Warlord
---Warlords are selected after showing consistent and excellent leadership, loyalty, and general prowess in Elder Scrolls Online.
--General
---Any person may reach the rank of General by meeting one of the following criteria:
-15 Recruited players
-3 Sizeable donations to the guild bank
-Lead several group missions and/or dungeons effectively and with exceptional leadership
--Commander
---Any person may reach the rank of Commander by meeting one of the following criteria:
-10 Recruited players
-3 Sizeable donations to the guild bank
-Lead a group mission, dungeon, or activity effectively and demonstrate effective leadership
--Warrior
---Any person may reach the rank of Warrior by meeting one of the following criteria:
-5 Recruited players
-A Sizeable donations to the guild bank
-Participate in a group mission/dungeon and demonstrate effective leadership
--Initiate
---Anyone can be an initiate. Welcome to the guild!
